Palazzo Rota

In the heart of Venice, just a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, Palazzo Rota – Luxury Apartments breathes new life into a 14th-century residence protected by the Superintendency. Designed by Studio Marco Piva and built by Pacini Group, the project combines careful restoration, contemporary design and an atmosphere of refined tranquillity. The six apartments, dedicated to the islands of the lagoon, reinterpret Venetian identity through precious materials, soft lighting and details that dialogue with the history of the building. Here, original elements such as terrazzo floors and the transparencies of the past coexist with contemporary solutions, giving shape to intimate, sophisticated and immersive spaces. Within this balance, Lodes' Shift lamps contribute to defining a new quality of living: essential luminous signs, designed to discreetly accompany movement in the rooms and create calibrated atmospheres without invading the space.
